Aviyah Keren
Visual Artist
Aviyah Keren is a self-taught Artist and has been drawing all her life. She was accepted to the School of Art at Howard University (Washington, D.C.) and has studied with various professional artist/teachers throughout the years. In 2019 she returned to painting full time, and her only regret is that it took her this long to pursue her passion. She is an active member of Black Girls Who Paint (BGWP), a global movement/platform providing community for Black Women Artists through the BGWP Directory, website, events and its scholarship program. Her work was exhibited in the first BGWP Gallery Show.
