Taryn Lee

Taryn Lee is a Eurasian, neurodivergent, mental health advocate and artist with lived experience from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She has a Bachelor of Design from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) in Fashion Communication. Her art focuses on   colourful, figurative representational work, portraits and stylized fashion illustration. She uses watercolour, oil paint and mixed media. She participates in weekly online live drawing sessions hosted by arts groups in the US and UK. From 2018-2021, she taught youth art at a private school in Toronto. She’s created two fashion illustration courses teaching online as an instructor for Workman Arts in 2022. She is a fellow and recent graduate of the Yale CAMH LET(s)Lead program. Her work has been exhibited at Workman Arts Being Scene 2021 and the Delta Gallery in Toronto.
