Welcome to the Lazin Magazine August 2023 issue. Summer is here again and we certainly hope the heatwave is Europe goes away soon. Climate is changing for the worse and we all need to make changes to our lifestyle. Please travel a little less, recycle more, adopt slow fashion, promote sustainable brands and designs and use less plastic. Big leaps stem from baby steps.
The cover story for this issue has a beautiful vivacious Sicilian beauty – Sofia Sinatra wearing latest cotton lawn from sustainable ethnic textile brand Moomal. These are some lovely hand-crafted fabrics all ethically resourced with the aim to help the communities which preserve the wonderful art of block printing. Sofia is a wonderful professional model with a keen interest in media and killer looks. The photoshoot was organised at our new office/studio space in West London.
We are also expanding our coverage of FFIN Eyewear designed in Wales with some iconic portraiture photography from our creative director. PLAy, our lifestyle has focused on Pakistani designers presented recently in a show in Central London with an expansive feature.
