March means one thing- Fashion Weeks are in full swing! It’s been an extraordinary month brimming with sensational fashion shows, captivating art exhibitions, product shoots, travel escapades, and the joy of welcoming new team members. So jam-packed, in fact, that we’ve added 20 extra pages to this issue and still had to roll over some stellar contributions.

This edition takes flight with our stunning Parisian collaborators, Paris Fashion Air, presenting yet another spellbinding lineup of global fashion icons. Before that, our team savoured the thrill of London Fashion Week’s dazzlingly innovative and wildly entertaining showcases.

It is already February’s end, how time flies. We are so pleased to present to you a wonderful, magical, glorious issue which you can not put down until you have looked through some amazing images, beautiful heart-warming stories of humanity and humility, laugher and life, struggles and fortitude all in our world of creativity and culture.

In this issue, we are delighted to feature the multi-talented Miya Muratta. Some influencers chase trends – Miya Muratta creates them. At just 20 years old, Miya has already lived several digital lifetimes, evolving from Uzbekistan’s first cosplay blogger at 12 to a widely recognised lifestyle influencer and entrepreneur albeit her story isn’t just about content – it’s about reinvention, ambition, and knowing when to take the next big leap.

With immense pleasure, we present our January issue, gracing the cover with the dazzling Ms. Botagoz Shanti. Collaborating with two brilliant stylists, HMUAs, and multiple brands, we’ve crafted stunning looks that showcase her unique elegance. Our cover story for this month features the incomparable Anna Yudaeva, a fashion visionary whose creativity knows no bounds. Her Oscar Edition collection, a harmonious blend of classic aesthetics and romantic allure, graces our pages. Cover story is the culture phenomenon called Dune Part Two, the movie has resurrected cinema and visit to crowded places for enjoyment, it is beautifully gorgeous no expense spared better in every way done and we absolutely adore it. We are very grateful to the amazing event photography talent of Picture Capital and See Li for capturing the Dune II PR event for Lazin.quill.

February is here is fashion season is once again upon us (exasperated faces! You exclaim – When is not a ‘fashion season, month, day or moment’)

On our cover is gorgeous French Caribbean incredible Laetitia beautifully adorned by Morgan Dee and gracefully draped by none other than Moomal Fabrics. It was an incredible day in Lazin Studios in London and Laetitia flew all the way from Paris to create this magical session. We are very grateful to all involved.

The cover story for this issue is dedicated to the year that was 2023 and how devious devil December has sneaked up on us. Alexandra Okandzi graced Lazin Studio supported by Lydia Ario. Karunas was very generous in providing their apparel for AB to shot an absolutely gorgeous wide angle set for all of us to enjoy. It is then adorned by some amazing succinct deep soul etchings from poeticframe’s quill.

We met some exclusive and exceptional designers presenting their gorgeous collections over a two days wonderful event. The cover story for this issue is dedicated to FFIN Eyewear designed by wonderful Anna in Wales and produced in Italy with some glorious portraiture photography from our creative director. Special mention of this month’s inspiring cover by our design team.

The cover story for this issue has a beautiful vivacious Sicilian beauty – Sofia Sinatra wearing latest cotton lawn from sustainable ethnic textile brand Moomal. These are some lovely hand-crafted fabrics all ethically resourced with the aim to help the communities which preserve the wonderful art of block printing. Sofia is a wonderful professional model with a keen interest in media and killer looks. The photoshoot was organised at our new office/studio space in West London.

We are glad to be back and working in full swing to produce wonderful issues month on month. We were very pleased with some incredible submissions for this issue and pleased to show you glamour and glitz which adorns our pages.

Highlight of this issue is a great submission from Alex of a celebrity led Hugo Boss’ incredible show during New York Fashion Week.

We have been missing in action due to upheaval in the team, relocation and other lame excuses. Meanwhile Janet and Mat have been sending us incredible work. They have requested something wonderful to make up for the lost time so how can we say no to these creative geniuses and star performers.

First, we discuss DCC left, right and centre, starting from a profile of DCC and a full fledge feature accompanied by some great artwork by the talented troupe of DCC. We believe it is the third anniversary of this gorgeous venture so Happy Birthday DCC and may you prosper and grow with each passing day.

Exciting plans to have a much bigger presence in art and digital arena by end of this year supported by an exceptional team, one being in front of the camera and one behind it.

Our cover story is Silent Screams presenting art of Martin Werthmann displayed in all its solemn glory at the Art Dubai. AB our creative director was at the show and was absolutely mesmerised by the inherent contradiction of Martin’s work.

Then we extensively cover Escaping Realms a young and talented visual art show held in Islamabad and partly sponsored by us to encourage young artist globally. Any young talent reading, please get in touch with us as we love to promote recognised talent.

It is late March and we had very busy few weeks while the situation in the world is greatly troubling with some our team is now displaced by war. We are really hoping for some sanity soon and really wishing everyone safe and secure present and the future.

This issue is all about the Fashion Week and meticulous amazing trends we came across. First of all is a sensation solo show by Hip Curve presenting amazing 20th Century dresses in a beautiful church seating. Then we look at a tremendously inclusive event called ‘London Represents’.

February is here, the times are dark and conflict is in the air. Extremely difficult times for our senior editor E Kovalenko — who is primarily based in Ukraine. We are relieved that she and her family are in good spirits and have relocated to a safer place..

In this issue in our cover story we have Ukrainian beauty Eleonora in a white dress signifying peace is the only way forward. Please support efforts to bring peace in Europe. We don’t engage in politics however when world is burning around our colleagues, it is very difficult to stay silent and watch it from the side-lines.

This is a great issue with lovely photography and we have tried to keep closer to children—make it colourful, little bit silly, some toys and cute kids fashion to amuse you. We have taken utmost care around image selection and we hope you like the diversity and culture from whatever was available to us.

After Fashion Forever here is a gorgeous art and fashion mix with DCC inspired art, design and photography lavishly featured throughout the issue. Janet, Matt & Co at DCC supported by global Fashion Illustration community runs wild in this edition with beautiful designers, sets and photography.

In our cover story Lazin Magazine has exclusively collaborated with The Great British Garden Fashion Show and will be showcasing some global talent with extensive intricate designs of Miashan and Saba Asad photographed and beautifully curated by our very own AB.

The cover shows an a beautiful ageless lady sitting in a roadside café in London enjoying her Sunday. She has a perfect portraiture face and certainly it is privilege to show her on our cover.

In this issue we have worldwide fashion week mania reaching feverish pitch. We start the proceeding with IA London, reflecting traditional Japanese culture with modern European connotation, accentuation and influence. Karina, young and super talented, fashion diva is our next stop, then we move to some diverse and inclusive events with London Represents, Tokyo Fashion Week is aptly represented by Rokubuen and Taipei by Jenn Lee. There is Lupo Gajardo beautiful creations from Chile while Accidental Cutting mesmerise with their intellect and talent from Madrid

The glorious summer ended and an Indian summer descended on London – we are having an extremely busy time with all of you giving us so much wonderful art, fashion and design to admire, to adore and to publish.
